I was incredibly picky and Ann was my rock the whole time. She knew what I was looking for, pointed out condos coming on the market, but wasn't there simply to show me a good find: she had my back every step of the way. Some 1990s buildings have large remediation bills, others I was told to be very wary of due to the uncertain insurance premiums (especially earthquake insurance which kept zooming up some buildings, year over year.
