Angela Langtry helped us Sell in February, 2019
I had a realtor lined up for the sale of my condo, and I called Angela to get a second opinion about my property. I thought she would confirm what my realtor had told me, and that I would stick with this original realtor. But, Angela showed up with research she had done, took me through the process of sell my place, and was straight forward about everything from, repairs I was doing to realtor fees. So I changed my mind and when with her, and I'm glad I did. When the condo was shown, we had 31 visits in less than a week, 7 offers, and we sold for much higher than we had expected.
