This is the second time I work with Angela. The first time, I bought a condo from her (she was the seller’s broker) and everything went great. This time, she helped my wife and I sell the condo and find our dream house. Angela is very professionnal and kind. She listens to her clients and understands their needs. She is also very patient. It took us almost a year to find the perfect house and yet Angela never gave up hope on us. When our offer for the house was accepted, we had some issues with the seller’s broker. Luckily for us, Angela was there to help us with the negociations and the transaction went very smoothly. When we put our condo on the market, it got sold surprisingly fast. Marc Stamos, Angela’s business partner, did a terrific job selling it. We did not expect it to be sold so quickly at a very good price too. Overall, I strongly recommend Angela and her team, whether it’s for buying or selling a property. I was very satisfied both times I did business with her and I would probably call for her services again if I am to buy another house.
