My husband and I were newly graduated and newly married, looking for a home to buy for when we move to Calgary from Lethbridge. We went to quite a few open houses, and we fell in love with one house in particular. Amy Lozinski was the agent showing the house, and we were instantly comfortable talking with her about the home. She was very informative, friendly and helpful while we asked her (probably some pretty silly) questions about the buying process, as we would be new home owners. We visited the home on Saturday, and by Sunday night, our offer had been negotiated and accepted. At the time, my husband and I were staying with my parents in the far West of Calgary, but Amy still drove over late Sunday night to go through the paperwork with us. We were able to go through the buying process very quickly due to Amy's willingness to do whatever she needed to do to help us buy our new home. It has been almost a year since we bought our house (8 months since we moved in), and Amy still keeps in touch and makes sure we are doing well. She has always been available to answer questions (through phone, email or text), and my husband and I have never felt uncomfortable if we needed to get a hold of her.
