Amanda was exceptional in researching the properties she showed us and would go above and beyond with all aspects from checking for permits on the properties, building code (we were looking for a house with basement apartment) and recommending designs ideas & contractors given her history of home construction and being a landlord. She always kept us up to date on homes and throughout the buying process. She understood exactly what we were looking for because she took the time to get to know us and listened to us. Amanda never tried to "just make a sale", she wanted to see us happy and stay within our budget so we can live comfortably.
