During the pandemic my husband and I decided to sell our second home . We were scared , Alma explained to us that the situation is not ideal but she would do her best to sell our home . Within 7 days pictures and measurements of our home were taken and it was listed. She answered all our questions even the occasional 10pm ones. She advertised our home every where. And she actually brought her own clients to see the home, there was no waiting for other realtors to bring people in. She did not hold and open house because of the COVID -19 restrictions .
With COVID around she had made sure that after every viewing the home was disinfected . (Every realtor would wipe down door handles and such ) . Our home was sold in 23 days. The fact that she sold our home so quick was amazing !!!!! However I was really impressed with her kindness her knowledge and her ability to stand behind her word . ( back up what she says ). I hope you chose her as your realtor. We will be selling our main residence soon and we are going to call Alma again.
