In 2012 we bought our current home FROM Allan Taylor. We didn't know the area very well but wanted a specific sort of property, and we contacted him long distance to show us the home. We travelled from out of town to see the house listed by Allan. He took the time to find 2 more properties that were comparable so that we had the opportunity to do an accurate assessment of the area and what our money would buy. We made an offer that very same day! We were not able to relocate for 18 months and were worried about leaving the home empty. He also arranged for our irrigation lines to be blown out, PAID FOR IT and never let us pay him back. He hooked us up with a great landscaping company who came and maintained the property in our absence. After we moved in, he recommended qualified trades people for the work we wanted to do. And so it was an absolute given that when we wanted to sell it, 6 years later, we would list with Allan. We had a tight 3 month time line until taking possession of our new purchase and it was December when we called him. Not only did we get the house listed in January, but got it sold within 6 weeks. The listing he put together showed it to its best advantage, he paid for a professional to do the photos, a color coded floor plan and a 3d viewing option so prospective buyers could actually confirm measurements while looking at it online. Allan is a consummate professional, he responds quickly to any questions and is always available. We are so very grateful to have him have our backs.
