Although we have been regular visitors to the Okanagan,particularly the southern Okanagan we have never stayed long enough in one place to get to know anyone well. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have had the opportunity of getting to know and deal with Alina Lovin and have found in her ,a consummate professional who is very knowledgeable in every aspect of her profession which she practises with passion and enthusiasm.To add to this she has charm and poise.She handles herself with dignity and is very fair in her opinions and in her assessment of the matters at hand.Mostly,she would knowledgeably answer our inquiries, but if there was some uncertainty, she would get back with the answer very promptly.Of considerable importance is that she makes it very easy to communicate with her at all times. Her courtesy, efficiency and promptness warrant mentioning too.
