Aleks is a great agent, very highly recommended! We used him for the first time in May 2018 for the purchase of a condo in foreclosure, as in investment property. We've used various agents over the years, for buying and selling of our own homes, and for buying investment properties to rent out, and they have been fine, but now that we worked with Aleks, we will continue to use his services from now on. Communication is fast and informative, he is friendly and easy to talk to, he answers all questions very patiently, and he has great knowledge of the market and even specifics of the neighborhood. We WILL definitely use Alex for our future real estate needs, and recommend him to our friends.
