I'm a second time buyer with lots of tumultuousness during the sale/purchase process because of covid and its associated uncertainty. I thought I'd never be able to get into another house but Layne and Trevor stuck it out with me during the whole process. I wasn’t even thinking of selling right away. However, we had just used Trevor to purchase an apartment in Victoria so I asked him about selling my mobile home. Right away, he indicated it would be easy to sell. He was right. He had a multi stage plan which he laid out clearly for me. We got along really well with the prior purchase transaction so I felt really comfortable with him for the sales transaction. Trevor and Layne came out to the property to do an assessment. They had some good suggestions on what to do and what wasn’t needed to do to prepare for viewings. In short order, they came up with a price they felt was fair. It was agreeable to me so I decided to proceed. His plan wasn’t required. We sold it before it was scheduled to be listed.
