Mark was a pleasure to work with he was extremely patient with us. New to the city hence it took a bit longer to understand what was on offer and where various neighborhoods were located so we needed more time then maybe someone familiar with the city. Mark never waivered or made us feel uncomfortable. He also shared his thoughts on offers but never pressured us into anything we were not comfortable with. We are happy to have worked with Mark for our first purchase in Toronto!
