About Jark Krysinski *PREC, TeamYVR Real Estate Agents
We have a number of terrific team members on the team with Olivia Xue, Adam James, and of course Jark Krysinski the Team founder.
Originally from Berlin, Germany and a proud Vancouverite since 1990 - Jark brings a vibrant big city Berliner aesthetic to his favourite west coast city, Vancouver. With a BA in Computer Science and English Literature from Simon Fraser University and a Graduate Degree in Law from University of British Columbia, Jark bridges technology and an effective use of Language to the Real Estate Industry.
Since a very young age he has helped his family develop a sizeable real estate development company, building townhomes since the 90s, custom built & high tech luxury homes, and notably multi-family projects in areas such as the Cambie Corridor, Mt. Pleasant, Metrotown, Coquitlam Centre and others.
He brings an international selling approach to his clients: with his love of Travel and international real estate, Jark has contacts in Europe, Asia, India, the Middle East, the US, and Eastern Canada where his extended family also practice Real Estate.
Often, being the shy guy that he is, he surrounds himself with genius team members who help him serve their diverse clientele - he is a firm believer that no man is an island and that you achieve greatness through collaboration and strong relationships.
Jark volunteers for the Children’s Hospital, the Canadian Blood Services, and is often found delivering car-fulls of blankets & sweaters to the downtown communities in the winter months. He is a firm believer that without a socially responsible approach to business and income, making lots of money for the sake of it is not enough - so a portion of every commission earned is donated to the Children’s Miracle Network making every home he buys or sells a true “miracle” home.
