Whether it is buying your first home or your fifth home, a re-sale home or a new build, selling your home, investing in a property, or relocating, communication is the key to all successful real estate transactions. What is important to my client is important to me. Local market knowledge, sales experience, negotiating savvy, client care, and the fine art of listening, are what I bring to my professional real estate relationships.
As a licensed real estate professional governed by the Real Estate & Business Brokers Act and its Code of Ethics, I believe the need for consumer protection is paramount in today’s constantly changing market place. My promise is to work for you, safeguarding your best interests and guiding you seamlessly through the maze of the real estate process. Sharing your wishes, needs, and concerns help me to help you. And together, successfully and confidently, the right real estate decision is made.
Some Stats: Ask to Sell Ratio is 98% in a balanced market, that means I price well. And because I price well, the home sells faster with Average Days on Market at 24.
A little bit more about my experience: As both a former small business owner and a corporate sales executive, I bring to my real estate career a wealth of transferable skills from the legal, publishing, and retail industries. With over 32 years of client care and account management experience, 19 years of presentation skills, and 14 years of negotiating acumen, I am well equipped to represent you with the very important life decision of home buying and selling. By providing you with the most up to date information about the real estate process, the fluctuating local market conditions, and consumer protection, my goal is to deliver to you outstanding results.
For Community: A portion of every real estate transaction goes to support the Canadian Cancer Foundation and the Children’s Miracle Network.
For Fun: In the summer months, sailing competitively with my women’s team on Lac Deschenes out of Britannia Yacht Club is the highlight of the week. Winter is spent thinking of downhill & cross country skiing, but spare time is actually spent reading beautifully written, interesting fiction and reluctantly admitting to an addiction to Netflix. Regular visits to The Great Canadian Theatre Company are also a top priority. My animals are my children: Walter the Puggle, Maisie the Persian, and Poot the outdoor tabby.
Call me to protect your interests. Call me to sell your home. Call me to help you buy the right home for you. Or meet me at the dog park.
