Buying or selling in the GTA resale market comes with a lot of moving parts, from pricing and timing to choosing the right property strategy. I’m Himani Sood, and I work with buyers, investors, and landlords across Etobicoke, Toronto, Oakville, Hamilton, Mississauga, Brampton, Milton, and surrounding areas to make those decisions clearer and more structured.

My focus is entirely on resale real estate. I help clients understand value, compare options properly, and move forward with confidence instead of guesswork or pressure.

A large part of my work is with first-time home buyers and newcomers who are trying to understand how the Canadian market works. I keep things simple and practical, so every step feels manageable and informed.

I also work with investors and landlords who are looking at long-term value, rental potential, and smarter purchase decisions. Every strategy is built around what the client is trying to achieve, not just what is available on the market.
