I will never push you into buying or selling but rather provide you with the information you need to make an educated decision. I am licensed to sell anything, but focus almost exclusively on family homes -- from detached single family to acreages to condos and more. I LOVE looking at homes with clients. I think it's the most fun part of my job!! I look forward to doing that with you!

My volunteer experience as the President of the Board for a condo corporation here in Edmonton has really elevated my ability to ensure your best interests are met when buying a condo. Condos are complex. I'm very happy to sit down and talk about what condo ownership really means for you and what to look for.

When listing properties for sale, I have a terrific marketing plan that I customize to work for your property. Generally speaking all my listings receive professional quality photos, a personal marketing website, and more but additional features may be utilized including professional measurement, video tours, and so forth depending on the property. A little about me personally: I was born in small town Alberta and raised here in Edmonton from the age of 6 on. I have 4 amazing kids who are all adults or near adults now and a husband who assists me in marketing and photography. In my past life I started off going to the U of A to be a special education teacher... until I did my first practicum. I LOVED teaching the kids, and I LOVED the kids. But I found that I was too emotionally invested and decided that perhaps teaching wasn't for me. I have the greatest respect for those who do teach our children because of it. Then I moved into sales. I was part of the early high speed Internet sales force demonstrating and selling the new technology of cable Internet. Then I worked for Telus for a few years until we bought a home ourselves. We struggled to get a REALTOR® and I thought, gee. I could do better. And here I am -- always striving to always do better than expected.
