About Donna Chisholm-Forget
Donna Chisholm-Forget’s career in the high tech industry suited her sharp mind and her natural curiosity. She likes to have a look under the hood of things to see how they work, what makes them go. At some point, a bit of serendipity exposed Donna to the real estate industry, and she did not hesitate to make the leap into a new career. She realized that she wanted to turn her talents to working directly with and for people. She takes the time to listen carefully not only to what people say but also to what they mean and how they feel. Although she can speak in depth about data mining, she speaks not only in depth but also with enthusiasm about real estate. Having found her passion, she is able to offer her analytical skills and her interpersonal skills to achieving the goals of her clients.
Donna lives in Martintown with her husband Jean and three daughters – Mylena, Emily and Neve. She understands the importance of community to families, and as such is an active volunteer in many local charities. She joined John Morrow and Tracey Veinotte to form the Red Door real estate team because they shared her values, energy and interests. When she became involved in Tracey’s extremely successful local charity, “100 Women Who Care About South Dundas” (www.womenwhocaresouthdundas.com) she and Tracey soon formed the sister charity “100 Women who Cares About Cornwall and Area” (www.womenwhocarecornwall.com). Donna’s many abilities are an asset to her family, her community and her clients. She is delighted to have found a team and a career that, for her, has it all.
