Cynthia started out in 1992 as a Real Estate Agent in Mission, British Columbia. She observed trends, needs and combined empathy for her clients needs with her tough negotiating skills. Because she understood the emotional rollercoaster ride home selling and purchasing can be, she fought for the best deal possible for her buyers and sellers. Cynthia quickly gained a reputation for being honest, hardworking and successful with her clients, and her business grew.

1995 proved to be a momentous year when Cynthia married Gerald McGiverin, beginning a new partnership in both business and personal lives. In 1999 Cynthia and Gerald relocated to Calgary, Alberta and quickly became one of the top 5 teams.

In 2002 Cynthia took her skills to a whole new level by training extensively as coaches at the Co-active Coaching Institute of California. In 2003, Cynthia & Gerald were hired by one of the largest real estate training companies in North America to train and mentor real estate agents which lead to relocating to Ontario. Cynthia & Gerald immediately jumped back into the real estate market they know so well. Gerald & Cynthia are proud to call Ottawa home.

Cynthia & Gerald are constantly adding to their depth of real estate knowledge and expertise and are proud to have earned the Senior Real Estate Specialist designation, Accredited Buyer Representative, and CNE designations.
