Christina Henker-Gaboury is proud to be a real estate professional with RE/MAX Elite. Christina was licensed in 2007 and teamed up with her husband, Claude, to form The Gaboury Team.

Growing up in the Edmonton area, Christina has lived or worked in Spruce Grove, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Beaumont, Stony Plain, and just about every section of the city. She loves giving her clients a closer look at the benefits and features of each community.

She is passionate about creating a smooth, stress-free environment for her clients. Forever making lists, she has combined all of The Gaboury Team’s real estate advice into an extensive Home Sellers and Home Buyers guide.

With her education in Marketing and Human Resource Management (NAIT) and seven years spent as a Financial Planner, she brings a unique view on Real Estate. Her understanding of investments, paired with a love of Marketing and Advertising, has proven invaluable to clients of The Gaboury Team. Always focused on serving her clients, Christina has recently earned her Social Media Marketing Certification, which she puts to good use marketing The Gaboury Team’s properties. Her designations as a Certified Home Stager and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist help her listings stand out.

Christina has been awarded the coveted MILLION DOLLAR GUILD®recognition by The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing®. As a member of the Guild, she is part of an international network of real estate professionals with proven expertise in the luxury market.

As a Certified Staging Expert, Christina loves helping her buyers see past the existing condition of a home and to envision its possibilities! Nothing is better than when one of her buyers puts their own mark on a property and makes their new house into a home.

Christina has recently earned her Social Media Marketing Certification and uses this knowledge to promote her seller's listings.
