Catherine came to real estate after a successful career in the film and advertising industries. As a well-respected Location Manger on major US and international projects, Catherine developed an ability to rapidly discern what her designer and director clients wanted to create. Her ability to track down the real estate that fit their dreams, and then efficiently negotiate agreements, made her a sought-after addition to many productions.

In 2001 Catherine left location managing to specialize in the supply of high-end rental properties to visiting film personnel and local businesspeople. Her network of contacts, guaranteed discretion and exceptional service made very happy customers of clients such as Martin Scorcese, Cate Blanchett and countless others.

Catherine obtained her real estate license in 2005, and qualified for the “chartered” designation in 2009. Never satisfied with the status quo, she and her fellow brokers are continuously learning and perfecting their knowledge in all aspects of real estate to provide the best service possible.

Catherine and her partners have an ability to humanize the real estate transaction, making buying and selling property easy to understand and stress-free.
