<p>Zelda was warm, caring and professional who really proved to us how important hiring a realtor is, as she quickly worked with her remax team and contacts to send over the right buyer for our home. Zelda is tenacious and gets the job done and it is a great benefit to her clients that she is such a team player and stays in good contact iwth other agents to match clients to homes. Zelda also did a super job of presenting our home beautifully on mls, and even hired a professional photographer to take the pictures! We were very impressed with that level of commitment to selling our property. Zelda was available quickly and responded to questions or concerns in a timely manner. We were very impressed with how well she mediated between the buyer and ourselves to bring the deal to fruition and keep both parties satisfied. This kind of mediation and staying on the offer till it becomes a firm offer, again, makes hiring a realtor so important in my mind. We have tried it privately in the past but never again! Especially when you hire a talented realtor like Zelda. </p> <p>During the time of buying and selling we had some very tough family crises... Zelda went out of her way to be understanding and keep me calm and even shared with us some helpful insights from her own experiences that gave me home and comfort. We considered buying an apartment and Zelda (as well as Leanne Allen who filled in for Zelda once), thank goodness, pointed out there concerns about us moving from a large home where my handyman husband had a huge shop to an apartment where he would have to get rid of all his tools and Zelda also made practical points about our dog and about my need for privacy and quiet when we looked at homes. We are very happy in the townhouse we chose and my husband has a nice shop in the basement so we downsized like we wanted to but are able to continue to do things that make us happy and have a small fenced yard for our dog. Zelda made sure we got everything we were supposed to from the listing and that it was in great shape for the day we took it over. We have moved in and love our new place... Well built, has character and green space like I wanted and a good layout that utilizes the space very well. Thank you Zelda for striving for excellence and for your warmth and care.</p>

<p>Zelda was always very professional, friendly and accommodating. If she didn't have an answer for a question I had she would find the answer. She acted with my best interests in mind and kept me informed and updated. She was my agent for more than one purchase and sale over the years and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.</p>
