Wendy was amazing from our very first conversation! She is personable, very knowledgeable and friendly. What I appreciated the most is that she was not at all pushy. She returned calls and texts immediately and was always available. Wendy has a very calming effect and talked me “off the ledge” on more than one occasion. Wendy clearly laid out the process and was there every step of the way. This included assistance with the staging, an open house to increase exposure, and many questions answered promptly once the deal started. There was a "snag" with the closing and Wendy was always there to ask and answer questions to help get it sorted. Thank You Wendy for the time and energy you put into this sale for us.

It was her demeanor and overall professionalism during that encounter that prompted us to contact her when we were ready to put our home back on the market for another attempt. She made it happen. She held open houses and talk to each potential buyer about my house to sell it to them!<br /> We addressed each situation as it presented itself. She kept in constant communication with the other agent(s) as well. Nothing fell through the cracks with Wendy.
