Wow! Made buying a house such a breeze! My spouse and I were new to home buying, and were nervous considering the way GTA real estate market is. We wanted to be working with someone we have known. Varun, who also helped me get my rental apartment when I just landed in Canada, was the name came to our mind. We didn’t turn to any other realtor because in last 4.5 years of rental life, he has been in touch as a friend and kept providing us support in numerous areas we would have otherwise struggled. Then comes the big decision to buy a home. Varun was friendly, professional, dedicated, polite and personal! He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, the bidding wars, guiding us with PROS and CONS of the houses we see, helping us suggest options and working with the mortgage banker, lawyer, and ofcourse the visits.
