We worked with Vadim to sell our late parents' house. He was excellent. He was clear and realistic at all times and always easy to reach. Our process was a bit complicated because we were travelling during the sale, but that did not set him back. I would recommend him, particularly for the neighbourhood (Bathurst/Sheppard in Toronto) where he specializes.
