Troy is very knowledgeable about the real estate market, what to look for in a condo building and educated us about the various condo documents that one reviews when considering a purchase. His integrity shone through as he steered us away from condo buildings with a questionable history, financial and/or structural issues. If we ever decide to sell or buy again, we will definitely use his services again!
