Troy was professional from the start. At our first meeting he came prepared with relevant comparables and fully explained the current market situation. He went over and above in working to sell our home. He conducted weekly open houses until the house was sold and advertised the home in high end magazines at his own cost. Troy is the only realtor that we will use in the future and would highly recommend him.

When the right house came up, Troy had already earned our full trust and he brought the ship home like a total pro.

Unlike some realtors, Troy does the background work. When he scheduled the showing, he will provide every information in regards to the school, vicinity amenities, last selling price, future selling prices, and the house itself ( age, reno, possible work to be done).
