Tony helped my brother and I sell our late dad’s apartment condo. He was professional, helpful, courteous, and sensitive to the circumstances especially answering all of our many questions as first time sellers.

There are many things that I enjoyed about working with Tony on my recent property purchase, but I think the thing I appreciated the most was that I always felt that Tony was going the extra mile for me and in particular wanting to make sure that I was informed as I could be about the property that I was considering. The way he did this was not just his own online research, but also I often found he would leverage other contacts and or scope out the neighbourhood on his own to find information that would help me make a decision. I’ve never experienced this with a realtor before and at first I was almost confused by it, but I soon realized the value in his efforts after viewing several different properties and leveraging his knowledge. Tony is a great communicator, readily available, positive and truly excited for his clients. Several times I asked him to view properties quite far from home, but he was always ready for the adventure and the opportunity to learn some thing about a different area. The other thing you’ll find if you work with Tony is he is a consummate professional. The way he conducts himself when viewing properties or in his negotiations or even just meeting local residents is exemplary. I will definitely work with Tony again and recommend him to my friends and I think that is the greatest endorsement I can ever give anyone.
