Tony and his team are efficient and effective. At all times, everyone was very professional and courteous. Tony was also patient in dealing with my elderly father. Although we did not get the price we were originally hoping for, this was due to market conditions. The market has been volatile - a little bit like a rollercoaster ride. Tony was very effective at managing our expectations due to his extensive knowledge of the real estate market in Victoria. When doing your research, do ask agents what track record they have, such as how many multiple-offer sales they do in a month, and the list/asking ratio. Tony and his team have turned this multiple-offer process into an art and science that is truly impressive. His experience shows. It gave me HUGE peace of mind for my family to deal with a team of this caliber. It should be no surprise that Tony and his team generate substantial repeat business.
