We recently purchased a home with Tonya and hear team. We can’t say enough about her professionalism and knowledge within the industry and in particular the Durham region. Our requirements changed over the last couple of years and Tonya guided us along every step of the way. She has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping the clients’ best interests in mind. Our real estate purchase was a small transaction relative to the size of properties and transactions Tonya normally handles but she treated my husband and me with the same professionalism and courtesies one would expect for a very large transaction. Incredible experience. We cannot overstate how great they were through the whole process. From the relationship they built with us, to the relationship of trust built with the listing agent, their knowledge of market trends and
