Todd was great!! The only issue that we ran into was a property on leased land that I put an offer in on - I didn't realize how difficult it would be to get financing and that there was only one bank I could deal with. Todd did, however, provide me with possible options once he realized that it was an issue.

Todd was responsive, professional and extremely effective in identifying our needs and goals. He provided us with an array of different properties (having regard to the inventory of listings at the time) in order clarify our desires and goals. He acted promptly to our requests and was able to narrow our search expeditiously. He provided very helpful local market advice throughout the process. We were pleased in every way with his support and assistance.

Looking back at with the Stone sisters group and especially with Todd Martin was a calming experience. They new the stress level would be high as we sold two condos our home and purchased a newer home all within a year. Yes are concerns were constant and addressed always in a timely manner.Through texting, emails and phone calls they kept in touch never leaving us hanging on what was going on. The Team always reached out and simplified the process making it mostly worry free. Todd Martin worked hard at calming situations that needed to be addressed. His patience and knowledge throughout the year was what we needed. While we were on vacation he stayed in communication with us, our lawyer assuring the attention required for whatever presented itself. This allowed us to vacation or golf at home and always know what was going on. We fully recommend the Stone sisters group and especially Todd for making this experience easier than we thought.
