<p>Dear Homeowners,</p> <p>Like most people, I started my property search with a general idea. I knew roughly how much I can put down. I understood certain properties would meet my short-term needs while other properties may provide what I need in the long-term. I wanted the property to both possess convenience and growth potential- I sort of knew what I wanted, but I just needed someone that was experienced and had the industry contacts to guide me through this whole process. And that's what Tina was able to offer me.</p> <p>Industry Contacts<br /> Tina had contacts in various fields. She was able to recommend a number of mortgage specialists and notaries/lawyers. She was also able to provide contacts for housing repairs such as plumbing or electrical issues. She knew a lot of the agents we'd meet during showings, and it seemed like she had always left good impressions in other agents' minds. Tina knew and was able to provide contacts that I need during different stages of the process.</p> <p>Arranging Showings<br /> Firstly, Tina always did her best to fit all the properties that I wanted to see into a half day schedule. I was very grateful about this; instead of spending a 3 days spread to see the properties I like, I only spent a morning or afternoon. Secondly, she always made sure we were on time. She knew how much time I can spend at each property. The flow of the viewings were not rushed nor dragged out. She was able to interpret if I liked something and needed more time with the property or not. Lastly, I never had to pull out my phone for any information. Tina knew where the properties were. She also knew the little details to various properties that I was interested in- square footage or nice balcony etc. She did her best to make sure all I had to do was to see and check out the properties.</p> <p>Finding Your Dream Home<br /> Tina genuinely wanted to help me find what I want. Our meetings, discussions, and showings were always about finding what I want. I never felt any pressure from her. I didn't feel I was wasting her time or that she really wanted me to look into a certain property. Tina understood how much stress purchasing a property may involve, and she did her best to ensure that I was always informed.</p> <p>I strongly recommend Tina. I think she is easy to talk to and easy to work with. <p>We looked at a lot of properties before finding one we wanted to buy. Tina was always patient and helpful.</p> <p>My wife and I sometimes disagreed on what we wanted and what was most important. Tina kept us from going astray by telling us tactfully what we might be missing or misunderstanding.</p> <p>She was knowledgeable, she dealt with us on our own terms in the sense of focusing on what was most important to us, but was also honest in telling us where we might be focusing too much on something that wasn't that important or that wasn't what we thought it was.</p> <p>She was thorough and careful in following up on whatever she said she would do, and did things she didn't strictly have to do.</p> <p>Over time I came to feel she was trustworthy and competent, and that we were fortunate to have her helping us go through the process and make the decisions required at various points.</p>

<p>Tina was a pleasure to work with. We viewed several homes with her and she provided her sound opinion when needed while allowing us to choose a home that worked for our needs. We have a young child and she was good at pointing out things that would or would not work in a home.</p> <p>We made offers on several homes and she was patient, data and research oriented and made sure that we did not over-pay or make an emotional decision.</p> <p>The purchase of our home was not a simple transaction. I consider it a minor miracle that we were able to buy the house we wanted. The negotiations were tough and, in my opinion, the sellers and their agents were not on the same page. However, Tina was incredibly patient, persistent and level headed. She also knew when to consult other professionals (lawyers, inspectors, etc) when required. She also supervised the deficiencies during the work week while the builders had contractors in which was nice and also arranged for cleaners so we didn't have to worry about that before we moved in.</p> <p>I would definitely recommend Tina to others.</p>
