When we first met to discuss the possibility of listing with you last February, Martin, we were impressed by your honesty, frankness, and knowledge. Every opinion you advanced was backed up by facts, data, and a depth of experience. Best of all, you listened carefully to our needs and desires. We never felt pressured by you. It was clear to us that you had our best interests at heart. Then, when it came to crafting the listing, you put together a superb website and brochure, taking a lot of photographs yourself. Since we started looking for a condo in Vancouver, we did not see anything quite up to the quality of the promotional material you prepared for our home. And it was successful. In a somewhat tough market, our place received steady interest. When we had our first serious offer, you expertly turned it into a multi-offer situation over 24 hours! You gave us excellent advice through the negotiation stage, so that we reached a contract that was best for both us and the buyers. Your willingness to help extended to your coming over in your work clothes to help Richard uncover our septic covers. I will always remember that as above and beyond the call. We also appreciated your printing extra copies of the sales brochure even after the sale, so that we could send copies as a keepsake to friends who had known and loved our house. Our house was special to us, and you never forgot that. This feedback would be incomplete without a shout-out to Andrea who kept the communications flowing over holidays and times when you were not available. She was efficient and always cheerful in her messages. We felt very taken care of. We only had one meeting with Rachel, but we knew she was there to step in if business took you elsewhere. And from our meeting with her, we were confident that we would be in good hands. So all there really is to say is THANK YOU. We cannot imagine how you and your team could have done a better job.
