We aren't from Calgary, so we had no recommendations for a realtor. We were pleasantly surprised when we found Teri-Ann as her service to us went above and beyond what we had experienced in the past, with other realtors. Her sole purpose is to work for us specifically to get us the best deal for our dollar. We used Teri-Ann for the buying and and the selling end and would highly recommend her to everyone. Her experience and knowledge was so valuable to us, with every decision we had to make. Not only did she help with 2 competing offers in the selling of our house, but she was able to get us a buyer, above our asking price. Teri-Ann is the best in the business!!

Reals Estate transactions are things that the average person does quite infrequently - four or five times in a lifetime perhaps. Teri-Ann is effective at filling the gaps in your knowledge while running the gauntlet on pricing and placement. You will likely never go to another agent after you've worked with her - she is that good.
