I highly recommend Tammy to be your agent! She helped us find the perfect apartment. Tammy is professional, patient and very knowledgeable. Even with the market the way it was, she kept reminding us not to worry; we would find what we were looking for. Tammy never hesitated to drive out to Chilliwack to show us potential properties. We had many inquiries, and she always made us feel we were a priority.

Tammy was referred to us through past client of hers, and when she came to our house for her initial visit, she was so thorough in asking questions and listening to our story. She was honest about where the market is for home buyers and sellers, and said she would work super hard to make our house transition go smoothly. She was factual about the cleaning and purging we needed to do, but said it would be worth it to get top dollar for our home. She brought in a stager, who worked alongside Tammy to make our house beautiful, and she scheduled a video shoot while we were on vacation (we trusted her completely and we are glad we did). She made the whole selling process so easy. Even before it hit the market, Tammy held an open house as a Coming Soon event, which created a buzz in our neighborhood. We immediately got multiple offers, all low due to the timing of the market. Tammy encouraged us not to take the first offers we received, as they were low, and to hold on as our house was priced right. And we were glad for her advice since it only took 4 weeks to get the house sold for an amazing price we were happy with. In that time Tammy did 2 open houses, multiple showings, tons of calls and texts with us day and night. We had our dogs and cats in the garage in little cages during the showings, and Tammy would go visit them, and would take them out of the cages as soon as the prospective buyers were done viewing the house. She was our ally for the whole process. As well as selling as securing a solid offer for us, last minute Tammy was able to secure a back up high offer as well which really was amazing in the final crunch of negotiations. Tammy was also fully available to help us find a new home. Even while putting her heart into selling our house, she was also taking us all over the map to look for a new home. She was super patient and willing to go to all types of places we threw at her, since we had no idea what we wanted to downsize to. She has a great sense of adventure and humour, and she really helped us navigate through. We love the house we found, and are super excited to be moving in the near future.
