She proved to be a force of calm during a stressful military House Hunting Trip, leveraging her prior experience as both a military member and spouse. Although we were in the rental market, she treated our situation as seriously as if it were a home-buying scenario, providing the same level of service, attention to detail, and professionalism. Mrs. forgues can best be described as knowledgable, cordial, and professional. The desired effect was a nice home, in a nice location, at an affordable and solid value-for-money price, and Mrs. Forgues delivered the effect and then some. Without her expertise to guide us, there was a chance we never would have looked at the property she encouraged us to view, which is the one we eventually rented. Sue is a very dedicated and professional realtor. Despite trying to buy in a very competitive market, she always provided potential home alternatives which kept us motivated in this challenging real estate market. As a first time condo buyer, Sue provided us with detailed information on the uniqueness of purchasing condos and what important details to be mindful of. Despite living in the opposite end of Ottawa, she was always willing to meet on short notice for viewings or to discuss purchase details. To her credit, she pulled us from the brink of not buying a condo, after losing a few bidding wars, by keeping her eye on our housing interests and ultimately finding a winner. Despite being a relatively new realtor, she displays the character of a veteran realtor. I would highly recommend her as a realtor.
