"Did you get the value you desired from this transaction?" Answered No because buyer put down 20% of price and the property assessment (as per the bank- which only look at the house and 1 acre, VS 12 acres that was sold) was lower than agreed price. nothing that we/Sonya could negotiate. other than that. Sonya was pleasant to work with. she knew her business!!

Sonya helped us to see our home, and purchase our new home. We could not have been more happy with our service.
