<p>We really enjoyed working with Simon and have no problems giving him a hearty endorsement. He provided excellent advice, spent a great deal of time and attention on marketing our property and kept in close communication throughout the process at all times where it made sense for him to do so. His staff was exceptional to deal with and his entire operation and approach was highly polished.</p> <p>Using Simon we successfully sold our property in a tough market and a less than ideal time to market a house. <p>Simon Hunt was very knowledgeable and professional. He researched my neighbourhood and hired a staging consultant, which was very helpful in preparing the house for the sale. He also priced the house appropriately for the area and the current market. My house sold in less than two weeks, in an area where other homes had been for sale for several months, so I was very pleased.</p>

We have recommended Simon many times as he is very professional, punctual and was always in touch with us - keeping us updated on everything.
