I cant say enough good things about Shelby! From the first time I spoke with her, I felt like I was working with a long time friend. Buying a house and moving can be stressful, but Shelby put me at ease and ultimately found me my perfect home. Her communication is excellent and she really goes out of her way to find the best homes for her clients. I'd recommend her to anyone!

What more can you ask of a Real estate agent but that she does what she says she will? Shelby Sieppert sold my house for more than what I thought I would sell it for and in less than 10 days! She was fast, professional, fair, and wonderful. She went out of her way to help get showings arranged and even put my dog in the yard (and fed her!!) while I was working and was not available to move her for a showing. Shelby made this process positively wonderful. Selling and buying a house is never easy and can feel invasive, but she made the ordeal a happy experience. Concept realty made my dream of moving to the east coast a reality. Thank you Shelby and Concept!!

Fantastic Service! Shelby helped me purchase my condo while I lived out of province. I could not have completed this from afar without Shelby's expertise. She went far above and beyond to help me find my new home. She sent me video tours of condos and of the surrounding neighbourhoods. Her knowledge of Red Deer is remarkable and was extremely helpful for me in finding the perfect condo in a great neighbourhood. Shelby is a well informed realtor and she was fabulous to deal with. There was always good communication as she guided me through the process. Her sense of humor was an added bonus! Shelby's experience, professionalism and diligent work ethics made this a great experience.

If you're moving to the Red Deer area, Shelby my realtor is amazing for the area! She literally would set up her video on while driving showing me the entire neighborhood and how to get to essentials, before she even enters the home. She is very upfront and honest about the areas that are safe and unsafe and which ones are family oriented versus younger/older groups. She is super knowledgable about Red Deer and all the surrounding areas (Sylvan Lake, Blackfalds, Lacombe, Ponoka County, Innisfail, Penhold etc). She was SO helpful. Constantly video chatting, chatting about lifestyle and things to do in the area. Sometimes Shelby would even just randomly text me pics of something and say "you will see this often in Alberta". Shelby is very informed on things to check for when purchasing a home in Alberta like wood foundations (such a weirdo Alberta thing). She was so fun and by the end of touring WAY TOO MANY houses for us (with zero complaints at all) Shelby found us our dream home in the exact very first town she recommended after hearing our needs and wants. She was so with it! She knew what I needed before I even did. She was great with the seller and her negotiating skills are above par for a realtor. I feel like it was such a blessing that she picked up the phone when I called six or seven different real estate companies on an early Saturday morning. She is someone who I truly feel has gone above and beyond for my family.
