My wife and I have been trying to buy a home since early 2022 when the real estate market was red hot. After numerous unsuccessful bids and months of searching with another agent we decided to take a break. Fast forward to earlier this year our growing family had the addition of a baby-girl and the urgency to move into a bigger space resulted in us resuming our search, this time in the Waterloo Region which neither of us were overly familiar with especially being first time homebuyers. This is when we had the pleasure of being introduced to Sharon, who from our first interaction gave us the peace of mind that we were working with the right agent. She took everything into consideration even what neighbourhoods had good schools and daycare for our newborn when the time came. Sharon took the time to understand my family's needs and made sure we bought a home that was the right fit for us. Not to mention her positive energy, professionalism, and strong understanding of the local market. Throughout the process she was extremely prompt with communication and following-up to ensure that everything was moving smoothly and providing us with advice/tips along the way. Although I was not buying my own house, I was looking to rent as that’s what works best for me right now. The landlord I was in contact with had Sharon help her secure a reliable tenant.
