<p><br /> We were in the market to sell our house and decided to use the Platinum Team. My sister and brother-in-law have worked with Shane and his team in the past and referred us to him. Shane did a lot to help guide us through the experience. He met with us a few times before we listed to explain the selling process to us. He came with his photographer to take pictures of the house and then answered any questions we had. Shane did a great job letting us know when a showing was going to happen and then sent us feedback reports right away to let us know how the showing went. We were able to contact him at any time with any questions or concerns we had which was greatly appreciated. The end result could not have been more positive. We house sold within a month! We were extremely happy that it sold so quick and for a great price! More of a bonus....Shane set us up with a cleaner to come clean the house! One less thing to worry about during a very stressful and busy move!</p>

<p>The reason I was in the market to sell was basically to downsize. The kids were all gone and the house was way too big for just me. Lucky for me, I have a wonderful friend who just so happens to be married to Shane and that's how I heard about the Platinum Team. Shane made the selling experience positive by answering all my questions and addressing all my concerns in a timely manner. As a 1st time seller, I had a lot of questions. He gave me suggestions on making an impact by properly staging my home and even drove me around for hours looking at comparable houses so that we put my house on the market at a good price. Once I received an offer on my place, Shane was there to explain the process or "What's next?" and "Why and how much should we counter offer?". He took care of all the details that I would not have known about so the process ran as smooth and quickly as possible for me. Even though I worked mostly with Shane, the entire team was very helpful, from taking the pictures, to advertising the house in the areas that made the most sense. The team always returns phone calls with a smile!</p>

<p><br /> I was buying my first house. I was also looking for houses with a basement suite. Shane was very helpful in helping me determine which area of the city I wanted to buy and showed me many possibilities. He and his team were very accommodating to my schedule as I worked out of town. I was able to finalize the sale through email while being away in Fort McMurray. Shane was also a good negotiator helping to lower the final sale price of the house. I will call Shane in the future for his professional service from him and his team..</p>

<p><br /> Shane had been referred to us through a business associate and handled everything regarding the sale of our 2 condos with ease. I had a short time line to sell 2 properties which worked out fine thankfully. Not only did Shane get them sold quickly, but he also advocated and manage situations for us in ways I did not expect, but really appreciated. My husband and I are really grateful for the attention he put towards our properties, especially when were were mostly not even in the country while he was doing this. Shane managed to close our last deal without issue, while he was in Canada, my husband in Africa and myself in Europe! We were very impressed by this and were pleased to have multiple showings and a firm offer within 24 hours of listing. Due to this, our house sold quickly and for the value it was worth. We also noticed that our house sale had a positive influence in our community, as other listings that were on the market for awhile started to sell shortly thereafter. As we approached our possession date, a touch up cleaning service was provided, and "Areeg" was amazing. She was very personable and sweet and helped us give the finishing touch to welcome the next home owners.</p> <p>Being multiple property owners, we would highly recommend Shane and his team for selling your home.
