Sarah has been amazing! By far the best relator I’ve ever had to deal with. She went over and above for our family! When our neighbours houses weren’t selling, we knew to list with Sarah and ours sold immediately. We’ve purchased two homes with Sarah’s help and guidance and I can’t recommend her enough!!! She is by far the best relator in Leduc, Alberta! You will not be disappointed if you choose her as your relator.

As First time home buyers Sarah was patient, understanding, and made sure we understood everything she explained. She guided us through the entire process, worked around the clock to meet our work schedules (ex. answering text messages and emails in the evenings and weekends). She also provided great advice when it came to negotiating. Despite having a hiccup regarding our closing date (due to issues with sellers paperwork - outside her control), she did what she could to ensure we were happy, able to move in on time, and alleviated a lot of stress. Overall we would recommend Sarah to anyone considering buying or selling - as she truly goes to bat for her clients. She also had great recommendations as far as brokers and home inspectors, which for clients such as us who are new to the area, it was very helpful. THANK YOU SARAH!

Sarah came highly recommended. She has been the perfect balance of attentive yet giving us time and space when we needed it. She found properties in the right price range, that had what we were looking for (even though we weren't exactly sure what that was for a while) my husband and I put her through months of indecision. Amazing, no sign of impatience, LOL Sarah is a joy to be with, knowledgeable and efficient. I have already recommended her to friends and family.
