This agent allowed his clients ro roam free on my property unsupervised. His clients went into my office and rooted around through all kinds of private confidential documents. His reaction was initially "lol" to the situation. He has since become responsive at all about the security breach, and is leaving his clients to hang, instead of work through to a solution.
