Ruth was knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us in finding the right home. She was patient over a period of over the 9 months it took us to make the final decision and very skillful in obtaining what we believe is a good, competitive price for the property. She has been both an advisor and friend in working through some challenging economic circumstances (i.e. covid19 related) over the past 4 months. Ruth is a very hard-working, ethical salesperson whom I would recommend without any hesitation.
