Working with Roy was a fantastic experience! As first time renters, he ensured that leasing our condo was an extremely smooth and straightforward process. He was very accommodating to our schedules and he took us to see all of the viewings that we inquired about, even on short notice. Originally we weren't sure what neighbourhoods we would be interested in viewing, but he happily took us all around Mississauga and Etobicoke! He was very timely and he checked in with us regularly, which resulted in us finding a place and submitting an offer very quickly. Roy is an excellent communicator. He was able to answer all of our questions, and at times, he even went out of his way to find answers for us by contacting landlords and other agents. He consistently made himself available via phone, text, and email, and I always felt like he was keeping us in the loop. Once we found the perfect condo, Roy did an excellent job walking us through all of the required contracts and documentation. He was knowledgeable and he was able to explain everything to us in layman's terms. As a result, I always felt comfortable providing my signature. I had complete trust in his judgment and suggestions. Even after our offer was accepted, Roy went above and beyond - he continued to help us through the process by providing us with advice about things like utilities, amenities, and renter's insurance. Roy is an absolute professional. I would definitely work with him again in the future and I would be very comfortable recommending his services to family and friends! Thanks for your help Roy!

Roy was fantastic in helping us get the kind of place we were looking for. Always available when we needed questions answered and he took the time to properly go through our lease agreement with us on a weeknight when we were off our own work schedule.
