I 2008 we tried selling our home in Pictou County but after going through 3 Real Estate Agencies and 4 years of not finding a buyer, we decided to contact Rose BRINE in Halifax, a friend who now works with REMAX, to see if she could help us sell our home. She came to our home to evaluate the property and gave us suggestions on how to stage our home for sale. She became our agent and in a couple of months she found a couple that was interested in our property. There were questions on the price but she managed to negotiate a price that both parties were comfortable with and it was sold. Now we needed to find a suitable property in Bridgewater and because Rose did such a professional job on selling our home we wanted her to search for a property for us and in a couple of days she found one and we ended up purchasing it. We were really happy with Rose BRINE. And I would recommend her as an Real Estate Agent to anyone.

Rose is an incredible agent with a heart of gold and an equally unparalleled knowledge in her industry. We always felt like our concerns or questions were heard with a serious and professional nature. She made our transactions effortless, despite coming across some buyers who were difficult to work with. Roses ability to navigate any situation using her negotiating skills makes her a top contender to work with anytime, but especially in this neck and neck “pandemic” economy she is a “must have”.
