I had been talking about selling my unit for nearly a year as I had moved back to Australia and had to sort out my residency before being able to sell.<br /> He was so patient with me and was always willing to talk to me about the market and what was happening.<br /> I was planning to sell in August before the ski season but he suggested we put it up in spring to just to 'see what would happen'. Well! It sold - in under 2 weeks! He was fantastic at reading the market and he guided me through the negotiation process while I was on the other side of the world!
