We've had the pleasure of working with Rhonda twice. The first was to purchase our first condo and the second was 4 years later when we listed it. In the middle of a pandemic and very uncertain times, Rhonda and Erica worked their magic, had our home beautifully staged, and long story short we ended up selling our place within weeks of listing. We were cared for every single step of the process and were ecstatic with the results and how smoothly it all went in such an unpredictable time. Not only that, but since we were moving out of town they connected us with another incredible agent and made sure we were taken care of up until we moved into our new house. I'm not sure what the industry standard is but working with Rhonda and Erica, the bar is set high.
