Rahul is an experienced and professional agent. The quality I admire most about him is negotiation skills which can save major chunk of money especially when you are first home buyer and trying to settle down in early age with limited budget. We never thought we can afford something in Area like Brampton when we were seeing skyrocketing prices even at far location up to KWC region. Rahul was the one who made us believe and found properties in GTA regions and at last through his negotiation skill managed to secure property without going in to bidding war.
