As a first-time home buyer, I was grateful to have Paul's support and expertise, starting first from learning how real estate works, to visiting numerous homes, to making an offer, and finally closing. For me, it was a whole year of open houses, property showings, and many many questions before I finally made my purchase. During the entire time, Paul was patient and understanding, going out of his way to drive me to open houses and showings, and offering great advice stemming from his own experience in home purchases and property investment. Paul is brilliant source of knowledge, well-informed about the real estate market, trends, rental properties, negotiation, and the purchase/selling process. He gladly walked me through all the questions and concerns I had, and I was able to make sound decisions based on what I had learned from him. For my purchase, Paul worked hard to help me navigate a quick timeline due to a competitor's cash offer on my desired property. Keeping in mind my budget and needs, Paul was able to negotiate a fantastic price for the condo, practically unheard of at this time in the real estate market. I have been incredibly lucky to have his support during this journey, and believe strongly in his ability to help individuals find and purchase their ideal home.
