The property I was selling was quote unique in nature, and although the agent didn't have all the details when we started the process she took the time and care to ensure she had all the information to sell our home with the maximum value. The house was listed with a previous "do it yourself" type agency, and we weren't getting any traction. After listing with Olia our home sold within a week. We were very please with the service and professionalism of using an agent.
