Navneet is very thorough - from asking very detailed questions to learn about the type of property, amenities, price range, neighbourhood, etc. that I was looking for, to presenting properties in my search range for my approval to view, and then booking and showing the properties I was interested in. He always kept me updated about the status of properties we had viewed. He never pushed something I wasn't interested in. When I was ready to make an offer on a particular property, he presented a detailed analysis of that property, its recent sell history, what similar properties in the same area had sold for or were being listed at. Through my buy process I found him to be very knowledgeable about real estate profession. Apart from that, Navneet is calm and cool, very pleasant and affable, punctual, good with communication.
